It’s Own Sake

I feel like every day, I’m starting over. Without a goal, I’m just flailing.

I’ve started projects like this before – a commitment to do something challenging and healthy regularly. It’s the perfectionism that gets me. That, and the feeling that I need the work to “go someplace.”

Maybe I’m just doing this for its own sake? Why does it have to be perfect? Why does there have to be a result?
